Notes and Rules

Every class offered herein, which is covered by the rules and regulations of the current VHSA and BHSA rule book, will be conducted accordingly. VHSA and BHSA membership forms available at secretary’s stand.

All hunter classes are judged on performance; including way of going, style of jumping and soundness.  Manners and Suitability emphasized in Pony and Children’s/Adult Amateur Hunter.

All Equitation classes are judged on Hands, Seat, Guidance and Control.  The judge’s decisions are final.

Show management reserves the right to combine cancel or split classes, also to refuse any entry or change officials.

Rings will only be held for no longer than 15 minutes due to conflicts. After 15 minutes the gate will shut and the class will begin. The trainer, parent, mount owner, will have to choose which ring they want to participate in.

The other ring will go on without them.
